I absolutely know this is possible for you because I’ve been there…  I’ve been “that girl” run down, burnt out, lost with no direction, desiring fun and adventure, but living in chaos and struggle. I totally get it, and yet… One thing I know for sure is that living with more fun and adventure… That’s where the MAGIC HAPPENS!!! It wasn’t that long ago that I sat looking at my own life as a young entrepreneur, spinning my wheels on the hamster wheel of what others expected that I “should” be doing in life. I remember sitting in my office after a long day of working with clients, a successful massage therapist… watching my clients walk out of my office completely satisfied and come back week after week with the same issues, refusing to make the lifestyle changes needed to make their lives not just good but GREAT!!! The question WHY rolled in my head. Why couldn’t they see that I could only give them relief for the moment, but they had the rest of their lives to live! This idea really started to tick me off! As I sat there wondering why they refused to do the work and make a change in their lives that would totally transform their lives for the better, I realized… I wasn’t frustrated with them at all, I was frustrated with myself!

You see, I loved both of my careers as a massage therapist and high school swim coach, but I knew I was meant for more. I desired more fun and excitement in my life, to travel and explore the world with my family, and yet I was stuck inside my comfort zone. After spending over $80,000 on self-development and coaching certification programs I was still living a mediocre life, living paycheck to paycheck, just going through the motions. Not sure where my next mortgage payment was coming from, I remember sitting in my office thinking “is this it?!? Is this really all there is for my life?” I came ridiculously close to throwing in the town and going back to a “Real Job!” But Then I started to look back at the happiest times in my life, and every single one of them came at a time when instead of following the crowd, I took action and did what I had to do to follow my passions!!!

Throughout my life I’ve had this way of going for what I wanted, even if that meant turning away from what others expected of me. I’ve made choices that were outside the box, pushing boundaries, and I did things that people thought I shouldn’t do, and this has helped me to truly live full out!!! Finally I said “SCREW IT” and gave my coaching business one last shot! This time REWRITING MY OWN RULES for how to do grow MY BUSINESS. That was the key to me creating this CRAZY BEAUTIFUL life filled with good health, fun, and adventure, every single day… and now it is my mission to create the same for you!

I became certified as a health coach because I wanted to help my massage clients create lasting change in their health, but I soon realized the circle of life has many spokes, and in order to truly help my clients heal, I needed to help them create balance in all areas of their lives.  I was told by people closest to me that I was flakey and scattered, but I just didn’t see it that way! I just wanted to cover all the bases, and I sure wasn’t going to let their negative attitude and snarky comments about MY LIFE stop me!  You see what I have learned is that everyone is unique and special… and what works for you and your personality in your life is NOT going to work for me! I have been able to take my seemingly worst qualities and turn them into my strongest assets, and I have gotten REALLY GOOD at helping others do the same!!!  Now I am able to use my passion for helping people get off the hamster wheel every day, and to help people just like you to use their unique personality to rise above mediocrity and to Life Full Out!
